out : 밖으로 

pull out = 밖으로 당기다

tie around

tie = 묶다

around = 주변을

tie around = 주변을 묶다

누군가 내 목구멍으로 손을 뻗어
grabbed my small intestine,
내 소장을 잡고,
pulled it out of my mouth
소장을 밖으로 입밖으로 꺼내
and tied it around my neck...
주변에 감아 묶어버린 느낌이야..
